Leroy A. Driggers, 73, of 1431 Fairfield Ave., Heathwood died Wednesday in a local hospital.
The funeral will be Friday at 3:30 p.m. at Ridge Baptist Church in Summerville. Burial, directed by Stuhr's, will be in the churchyard.
Mr. Driggers was born Dec. 29, 1906 at Summerville, a son of Mrs. Alice Harmon Driggers of Charleston and the late Adger Driggers.
He was a retired quarterman in the paint shop at the Charleston Naval Shipyard. He was a member of the Rdige Baptist Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Ida Mae Kinard Driggers; a daughter, Mrs. Richard M. Landress of Burgess, Va.; a sister, Mrs. J. C. Fudge of Glendale, Calif.; and three grandchildren."
